Moonrise
Moonrise, or The Fox and the Oak Tree, a second commission just completed. Now I am looking at books of Grotesques, Gargoyles, and Miserichords, to build up some ideas for carving small and strange medeival creatures. Watch this space,,,,

Red Fox
I found this small piece of driftwood on the beach, it looked dull rust coloured. Starting to carve it, I saw it is a rich deep red, perfect for a fox. A friend thought it looked like a particular red wood found in Brazil, & suggested it had come through many oceans to reach me.
